What to Expect and What to Bring

I think this will be a nice easy day with a contemplative start.  We will have time to take in new experiences but also lounge with others in the spacious indoor air conditioned areas or out by the pool.  The days events will be focused on magic and ritual, building up to a powerful ritual with experienced practitioners.

We are open to sponsors, which would include adding your logo as a show of support to our website, sharing advertising, and hopefully a financial amount which would help with the costs.

We are open to exhibitors.  Please purchase a camp pass in addition to your day pass and let us know what you'd like to do. Spots will be first come first served and set up will be the day before.  We ask that you only have small exhibit, about a box or so.  And we can see if we can set you up inside.  All exhibition areas must have lighting if outdoors. There is no exhibiting during the talks and ritual.

This event will be both indoors and outdoors and the weather in early September averages between 87-70 F.  Dress comfortably and bring your water bottle or non-glass cup.  You can bring your favorite folding chair or a towel to sit on. We will provide refreshments, a light lunch, and dinner.  We strongly recommend using only organic bug spray and sunscreen products.  Lemon Eucalyptus is useful to deter ticks. The grounds are flat and very easily accessible to those who struggle with terrain.

All on site activities are at your own risk. If you wish to swim in the pool, It is Swim At Your Own Risk. Bring a towel and swimwear.  Purchase of a pass indicates that you acknowledge this risk and take full responsibility for your well-being and safety at this event for the entire duration of it's activities.

Bring a notebook if you wish to take notes and to hold the handouts from the classes and presentations. 

Please no pets, only ESA.

If you wish to  primitive camp, then please bring what you need to set up your tent and sleep.  There are first come first serve tent camping sites with no electricity or water.  An area for car camping will be available.  If you plan to camp overnight, then please choose the appropriate option so we can accommodate you accordingly.   Bathrooms and shady spots will be available.
