This will include a hearty bowl of cassava, plantains, spinach, okra, and other vegetables, seasoned with a simple turmeric and ginger curry, butter, and coconut milk. Served with cornmeal fried farm raised catfish or tofu. And a dessert.

Choice of Pomegranate Chicken with quinoa, kale, black olives, walnuts and raisins or a vegetarian offer of Warm Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpeas with a tahini sauce. Persian salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, mint and lemon. Gluten free and fabulous! Pita bread and orange spice cake for dessert.
